Shipping and Delivery
Your orders will be processed as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday by our customer service and shipping teams.
Orders are prepared for delivery on receipt of payment. Payment by credit card guarantees quick processing of your order.
Orders are shipped within 48 working hours of receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
After processing by our shipping department, you will received your order within 2 to 10 working days on average, excluding potential postal delivery issues.
Delays/Order not received
As with any shipment, there may be a delivery delay or the package may get lost. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 15 days, please inform our customer service team, who will forward the information to the postal service in order to open an investigation. This investigation can last up to 30 days. If during this period, the package is found, it will be (in most cases) immediately forwarded to you. If, however, the package is not found at the end of the 30-day investigation period, the package will be considered lost. In this case, we will send you a replacement, at our expense. If an ordered product or products are no longer available, we will refund you for the missing items.
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 15 days past the expected delivery date, you may cancel your order by sending an email to customer service at email@example.com.
Any issue related to the delivery of your package (open package, damaged packaging, broken products, etc.) must be written by hand on the delivery slip, accompanied by your signature. You must immediately report any issue to customer service so that a complaint can be made to the postal service.
We will then send you a replacement product or products at our expense.
