Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving the last item. You have the option to cancel before shipment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In accordance with European regulations, unsealed or opened hygiene and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of the return shipping costs incurred. You can exercise your right of withdrawal from your account.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
If your request is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. The return shipping costs for the complete order will also be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Right of Withdrawal Terms - Cosmetic Workshop
Cosmetic workshops are services offered at a specific date and time. In accordance with current European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service contracts provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
By paying for the workshop, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. No refund can be made after your registration is confirmed.
However, in exceptional circumstances, you may contact us by email. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your request on a case-by-case basis.
Furthermore, if the number of registrants is fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop up to 24 hours before. You will be notified by email and fully refunded, or invited to re-register for a later date.
Exchanges
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it in this case, please send us an email at contact@missbak.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed that you have returned the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you ship an item valued over €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
